Sometimes we can fix calls where the glass has cracked or busted. Any wood friction call we always suggest not to take it out in to the rain. Wood will suck in moisture which can potentially make the wood move making a call surface crack, no matter how good you seal the pot it can draw moisture. We suggest storing your calls inside your house where the temp is regulated and doesn't fluctuate. Do not store them in a hot garage, shop or basement. Before you send contact us and send pics of the call where we can direct you what to do. Generally if it’s a surface or soundboard we can fix. If the structural integrity of the pot has been damaged it’s un-fixable.
